I think there is something going on when I try to log in.

Correct credentials go to a sign in page a second time, possibly a third before going to signed-in status.

It's possible I'm just a ham-fisted moron though.

XLS, XLSX & CSV extensions now allowed

Many thanks Todd!

Is there any way to click on the thread title and have it go to the last read post automatically like you could in the past? Every time I click on the thread name it takes me to the first post of the thread.

For the last week or so I've hard serious trouble trying to reply to anything using the iPad.  Basically I click the reply box, it opens but doesn't give me a cursor.  So I click again and instead of giving me a cursor it takes me to some Invision Software page.

Hi,

I'm having several problems logging in.  At present, I can no longer log in on the home page.  The drop down shows a spinning blue streak after I enter my info..  However at the top of this page (New Forum Software), it shows that I am indeed logged in.  When I return to the home page, I am again, no longer logged in (blue streak still spinning) but in returning to this page, I am logged in again.  If I go to the DIY pages from the main page, I'm not logged in but can do so successfully from these pages.  However, when I return to the home page, I am no longer logged in.  These problems just started happening today, I have never had any other problems using this forum.

Thanks,

Me

Me again,

Restarted my browser (Firefox) and every thing seems to be well now. Should have done that first.

If it happens again, try not using the back button, and instead go forward to the home page by clicking on the logo.  I do (use the back button), but ... do as I say, not as I do.  :)  No, seriously, just try it and let us know if that solves the problem, just a WAG on my part.

Ever since i deleted my cookies last week I am having problems staying logged on to the forum. Every time I click on the forums button or back arrow I am kicked back to the log in page. This makes it very hard to update my hourly status on the "Libations" thread.

I need to log back in each time I try to read a different thread.

I tried that, no improvement.

Another update coming, going from v4 to v4.1 and it's a pretty large upgrade.  Complete rewrite of how search works, new version of the editor, among many other things.  Right now I'm planning to do the upgrade on Wednesday sometime during the day.
