I used to get St. Andre Brie all the time but lately I've been getting Fromager d'Affinois instead - excellent creaminess.

sugar + alcohol = hangover

Isn't there lots of sugar in alcohol?

Be careful about consuming sugar before, during, and after you drink. Alcohol itself tends to spike blood sugar, which is one of the causes of a hangover.
