Old Pa Posted January 17, 2010 Report Share Posted January 17, 2010 Costco had the coupon for $3.00 off a pork roast and that's all it took. Herb crusted pork loin roast with whole cranberry chutney. It's a Sandy Lee recipe from FoodNetwork which I changed a bit by studding the roast with whole garlic cloves. The roast going in: The house smelled wonderfully. My mom liked to cook and try new stuff, although I never saw an onion or fresh garlic in her 'fridge. I grew up before fast food and being innundated by the media with bad nutritional choices. Since I've officed out of the house for more than a decade, more and more of the house-husband stuff has been falling to me. And cooking is something I generally like.
