I'd always wanted to try durian. Now I have. Wow.

To me, it tasted like a mixture of onion and garlic smashed together and left out a bit too long. What did it taste like to you?

It tasted sweet and like a really bad smell.

Thanks Jacob!  Pretty simple, and simply tasty.  I just saw a package of pancetta and immediately decided to make it tonight.
