Looks awesome Jeff, and that yolk is perfect. I had to make do with chicken katsu curry.

Chicken with a homemade spice rub. Mustard seed sauce made with a mojo marinade. Julie liked it quite a bit. 

 

150F for an hour and a half. Was frozen when I put it in.

Longanusa sausage (no Steve I'm not making this up) lumpia, green onion salad, Calamansi vinaigrette. Delicious.

Congee with five spice duck confit, pork cracklings, bock choy, soy cured egg yolk, beet soaked mustard seeds

Best congee I have had by a good margin.

Went out for Indian food: goat biryani, steak tikka, chicken hara masala (not pictured), grilled fish masala, and mango lassi.... so stuffed but it was so delicious.
