Munju - Brot & Spiele (1980)

Something really clicked when I listened to this album, it was love from first listen. It's excellent in every way. In my opinion this albums is a perfect combination of NDW, Krautrock and Jazz-Fusion styles. It is never boring and always adventurous with a lot of surprises without being too difficult. Christian Burchard of Embryo's fame is helping out on few tracks.

Great stuff from a seemingly forgotten and underrated band. Not a masterpiece but very very good.

So after giving this a listen, I finally got around to checking out some of their back catalog. I don't know if it's just because this is what I heard first, or if this is a big change for them, but I really The Hazards of Love, and unfortunately everything else strikes me as very :meh:.
