January 30, 201214 yr comment_494477 BBC has a series called "How to Build" and one of the episodes is about the McLaren car that May drives. It's quiet crazy the lengths they went to build them. I might be alone in my thinking, but I don't see the appeal in it (IMO sort of generic looking, average performance numbers, for a lot less than half price there is the Audi R8). It seems the high price is to recouperate a lot of money from their over the top production facility. Report
