If you want something super simple like that, just pick out a font you like and you can give the printers (silkscreen? i have no idea) a vector of it from adobe illustrator.

You can literally just type into illustrator and click save. Just pick out a font you like and thats all there is to it.

I got nothing. But if I was going to put a logo on a labor of love like that I wouldn't put a smiley face. I'd think a simple T2 in some interesting font in raised letters would be much more appropriate.

I like the "hidden" Head-Case logo in the T-_-2 design. It's a nice tweak on the nose to certain other websites and amp manufacturers.

i'm going to import whatever i come up with and then machine it with the 3d mill

with a micro engraving bit. I showed an example a while ago...
