Back at FiftyFifty for lunch now that everyone is skiing. Starting with a Concentrated Evil. Pretty good but I'm going to have to switch and decide whether I can fit in the red IPA before I have another Eclipse. This is much better than waiting in lines to rent ski gear and shit.

The Delicious Sour

2 oz peach brandy

2 oz applejack

Juice of 1 lime

1 tsp sugar

1 egg white

Soda

Shake all but the soda in and iced shaker. Strain into a glass. Add a splash of soda.

And this drink marks the moving on to Anvil. It's a very nice drink, I might go with more lime but very nice. I have a feeling it's due to the (amazing) brandy. I got Savoy in the mail today. Wow, cool book.

nope, but I'm hitting the point of diminishing returns. I'm going to hit Anvil with what I have and then once I get to the end of that decide what to do Most likely I'll start Savoy at that point and when I get to a drink that requires some ingredient across the three, I'll pick it up then.
