New Belgium OOH LA LA!...not my favorite in the Lips of Faith series...not a lambic or sour...juicy & a bit tart...8.5%...it's like adding booze to juice that's slightly past it's prime...

1/4 oz Campari

1/4 oz sparkling water

Serve on ice.

^This except I made it with slightly more Campari and sparkling water (maybe 1/2 oz each). It is a very nice drink for today considering that the heat index is still 91 degrees here right now.*

*I guess I cannot complain too much I see that Austin had a high of 106 today (without heat index)!!! Luckily it only got to 98 here.

Nice and somehow strangely is a nice followup to the Cocchi Americano drinks...

Bell's 25th -- now that's the kind of malt beverage I can get together with.

'08 Starmont Chardonnay with a rare sous vide tuna steak that was then seared ~40 seconds per side.

Penn Brewery St. Nikolaus Bock Bier -- meh, drinkable, not bad, but I think I waited too long on this one, it has a watery-ness to it that I don't know how to describe.
