Koshka is 17 and doing great as well, much to Lauren's dismay as she's getting increasingly vocal.

I think Cincinnati handled things extremely well, if I may say so. Other than the initial crime, that is. They excelled in reporting/transparency and a timely indictment, rather than appearing as a good ol' boys network covering for each other. Presentation does a lot for the public's peace of mind.

Took my pharmacology final today. Got asked to leave my test because the guy next to me kept looking at my answer sheet and apparently I was trying to help him cheat off of me when I was oblivious to him the entire time. Went straight to the Dean. Complained about it. Got her to pull up the video camera recording in the lecture hall and watched her watch me take my test without any foul play. The guy to my right was looking at both my test and the person to his right. Not sure what will happen to him but got to go back and finish my test in the teachers office which was far more comfortable than the shitty classroom chairs. Could have done without the stress on a hard exam to begin with but glad the summer session is over. Fall classes start on Monday. Hooray...

Our cat will meow at other cats. It's like a trick to lure them closer before she switches into growling, hissing, psycho attack mode though.

I have one of Tony's other KGST -- it runs quite cool and is about as trustworthy and robust as tube gear gets. But maybe don't turn it on/off 10 times a day because tubes -- but then if you're doing that I'd suggest you re-evaluate your life choices

Amps with tubes in them should never be left unattended. The KGST shouldn't suffer any damage if something like the filament breaks or the tube just stops working but it could be worse than that. T2/BHSE it could be very bad if the tubes were to fail.

Happy first birthday! -- My old gal, Sushi, turns 17 in October! She has been an indoor cat basically the entire second half of her life which seems to have kept her in good health. She is still as fussy, affectionate and spry as she was 5-10 years ago.

Skye turned one recently...alright, like over a month ago, but still...recently. Her gotcha day was 7/9. I missed it. I still have her.

Jesus Christ, what a bunch of shit. Music is what you make of it. I have been poor and heard music through shit components, and I have had money and had less enjoyment at times, whether it be spending too much or trying to keep up with trendy technology. Nor do I need to be driven to one format because of my surroundings. All you need is a pair of ears and open mind. Losing high end will not come from the advent of certain products, but it just may happen if people buy into shitty articles like that.
