Found Mamma a new home today. Was talking to the neighbor of my current client, and she lost her cat to old age a few months back. She was very interested and once I showed her Mamma's pics the deal was sealed. Pops however remains a bit too untamed. I will continue to feed him in hopes that he eventually trusts me enough to let me pet him. He's been a street cat for a while now is my guess.11 points

Thank you for doing all those things. Really... For the father, all of my cats that i took care was street cats. And the cats I'm taking care, as you can guess, are street cats. Patience solves all problems. Some cats started to trust me immediately, some took their time. Yesterday I counted the cats at 4:00 pm meal, I counted 35 cats. And only 2-3 of them show antisocial behavior against other cats. Most probably you already know what I'm telling but I just wanted to remind, I guess. Sitting beside him while he eats can hasten the progress. If you have some free time ofc. I'm talking like I'm the expert of taking care street animals but please don't take me as smartass. I just want to help as much as I can. Thanks again.3 points

Has enough cheese to choke a starving llama. The finishing sauce was made with fresh and sun-dried tomatoes (amongst other things) and was simmered with a rind of Parmesan. Most flavorful sauce I've ever made.3 points

Unless you get prompt responses from Kaneda I would avoid PJ. As mentioned earlier in the thread, I had to launch a PayPal dispute to get my cash back after waiting 5 months for a pair of Takatsuki 300Bs with zero response for the last 4 months of that period. There was no response from PJ to PayPal themselves for my claim - so I won by default. Caveat Emptor and all that.1 point

It only takes one thing to send it into a bad place one part or connection can cause voltages to go crazy all over the place Do not use this for preamp duty! don't ask me how i know I do wonder if it could be used for the CAST Inputs>>>>1 point

Voted. 13 minutes in to out. Not bad at all. Beats the 2012 election and its three hour wait. Of course we did the research in advance so I knew which constitutional amendment was fraudulent (it is Florida after all) which county charter items were so inside baseball that there was no point in even trying and - at Bonnie's insistence - which drainage district candidates might be scoundrels. Although she might have been a little harsh on her markup of the sample ballot. The mere fact of residing in the city of Pompano Beach may be taking guilt by association a bit too far....1 point

Just adding yet another carbon build to the thread (crappy phone pics). 400v supplies rather than 450v allowed the caps to be board mounted in my chassis (though I am having some of Kevin's off-board PCBs made for a possible future 450v version). 400v also has the added benefit of running (slightly) cooler than the 450v version. Added the GRLV supplies but don't have a non-GRLV version to compare. But this amp is a true winner. Every time I listen to it I am awe struck at how good it is, particularly when compared to the T2 - they both have that ability to fool you into not realizing how loud you have cranked up the volume.1 point

I think it would be cool to actually remove the amplifier circuit from the board and make it modular - plug-in boards for the amplifier section and maybe even the PSU. Would there be interest in something like this down the road?1 point
