BBC Music have finally put almost all the "Later with Jools Holland" archive on YouTube and oh boy I am like a kid in a candy store.

It is not officially released until the 29th, but Tidal thinks it is tomorrow. I have been following these jazz kids for a while and they just released their first album. They have some heavy backing with Herbie Hancock and Anderson .Paak. They have a unique sound with DOMi laying down the lead and bass with JD doing something new on drums. People talk about the future of Jazz and a JD Beck sound. Regardless, it is a diverse and enjoyable album. It will be interesting to watch them develop.

Trying to design a tray for CNC bits. Can fit many more if I stand them up, but then I need a deeper drawer.

I built a wheelie desk for my synths etc. Should I paint it synthwave pink/blue/yellow or leave it raw? It's not supposed to look nice.

It was actually very easy to rebuild the large T2 with the DC/DC converters. Used same daughter board layout as for as for my modified T2, only had to move one hole 50th. I also have plenty of space since I only use one and not three output transistors and I found some nice spots for the daughter boards. One channel has the DC/DC converters and the other the newly made 01N100D/LT1021 boards. Both channels seem to work OK. Below: Daughter boards with LT1021 and 01N100D on heat sink. Boards with DC/DC converters and LT3045. Now it's late, done for today.
