  2. You can scan and convert to vectors. If you know the exact measurement you can then scale to fit.

  3. It fits! Well at least the arm does it slides nicely in the slot. The trick is the table is made for a 10.5” arm and putting a 9” arm on it. That made for some tricky math. I do need to make a change to the right angle DIN connector to make it a more favorable mating angle.. then hope it clears the bottom of the plinth. 🤞 is there some software that you can scan a diagram and and make very precise measurements? I transcribed this with a pair of calipers and a angle finder thing. It would be nicer to do that in the future with a few point and click operations

  4. Going to give the nod to the Mirka paper, it’s a little thicker, the Festool version just doesn’t hold up as well to edges and rips easier. Thought If having to sand on edges or corners, neither is the way to go.

  7. Stax just tripled the price of the 507 pads and the only other Lambda pads are the 207 pads so slim pickings out there. I've never tried the Vesper units but their other pads have been great.

  8. That's it. Move those speaker away from the back wall in that similar sized room, and you don't need all that room treatment. Simple enough.

  9. Holy shit. I think the EP507 was about half that price when I got my pair. I've heard nice things about Vesper audio, they are probably the nicest looking 3rd party earpads you can get. Its that or the adapter I guess.

  14. For those of us in the U.S., today is reserved to commemorate the fallen, those who have put themselves in harms way and paid the ultimate price. Spring is usually a time of celebration, and with things slowly turning back to normal, spirits are high, and I don't wish to take away from that. But take a moment, and remember someone or multiple someones, and remember them well. Celebrate the good things about them. I have multiple extended family members who are or were in the military, but the one I was closest to and miss the most is Greg, a splendid specimen of a motherfucker. To Greg! (I will raise a glass and have a drink to him later, as it is way too fucking early in the morning to start drinking.)
