    This deserves
  5. It's actually pretty common for balanced outs on sources to be in the 4-5V range.
  6. Your expecting too much IEM's and other high sensitivity phones will have some level of hiss on all but the lowest gain setting of most amps.

Sure it's called SPAM . You probably posted your e-mail address in a thread here at some point and a spam bot picked it up and I'm sure it records the url of the page where it found your e-mail address.
  8. It's been quite awhile since I've heard the original M192 and while it's smooth I certainly wouldn't call it laid back. Also the new M192 MKII is not laid back at all, it has a forward/aggressive sound to it. The MKII is quite a bit more resolving then the original as well.
  9. Those prices are absolutely nuts.
  10. Happy B-Day Vicki!
  11. I'm sure the 7.5TB "limit" isn't an actual limit it's just the highest capacity version that they currently sell.
  12. Did they happen to have the Decade D4's running? They are the two-way monitors, if you heard them I'd love to get your impressions.
  13. I think they are in the $8k price range but I believe there are supposed to be 5 models in the new decade line.
  14. I believe some of the parts he was originally going to use in the new modules were discontinued.
  15. I'm starting to think I might be better off going with something solid state, seems to be alot more options there (especially under $1k).
  16. I've actually owned some primaluna gear in the past and was quite happy with it. I'm kinda tempted by some of these 6c33 based amps though. But yes the primaluna gear is certainly on my short list.
  17. JAS Bravo 2.3 6C33 I can get a fairly good deal on one of these new. Anyone heard one yet?
  18. It'll likely end up being a home office.
  19. I imagine it'd be pretty good and as a base the 3910 is a better machine than the 2900.
  20. I'm going to ditch the headphone out requirement, it limits my options way too much.
  21. Well actually at around 20hz it's more of a feel then hear thing, so with the IEM's you were probably just hearing them distorting/clipping. The 650's go plenty low in my experience with them.
  22. I'm thinking of putting together a 2nd speaker rig (it might end up being an office rig). Either way I'd like to pair whatever speakers I get with an integrated tube amp preferably one that also has a decent headphone output. In terms of power needed anything 30W+ would be more than enough. I'd like to keep this under $1k if possible.

You can use the donation drop-down in the menu. I've updated the link in my previous post so that it is correct.
