  1. Ha-ha! Gimp mask - that'll protect your pie-hole real well in case of a face plant. Cranial structure be damned!
  2. Yeah, the B-job. It's better, you know that. Hell, it will only cost you a buck more. What are you waiting for? Dew eet! Or look at it this way - would you buy a crappy Escort when you got the dosh to throw down on a GT? I thought so.
  3. I have Knucks to thank for getting me interested in these things. His pics of all the vintage analogue patch panel Moogs have me drooling, wanting to experiment with synth technology. So I bought a few of the more modern, affordable ones. Someday I'll own a real old school Moog. (and no, I don't own this machine - sure is sexy tho!)
  4. I was thinking the same. Must have a lot of holes up top. Nate, not my translation. Webster's.
  5. Dunno. Mal translates to bad. Valve translates to tube. Nuff sed.
  6. Looks like it had an engine fire in the past. My Geo Storm suffered the same fate, borked the motor. At least I got the hood up in time...
  7. Glad to hear it, good move on upping the trafo!
  8. The Fatal Shore: The Epic Of Australia's Founding
  9. Five of the most awesome car stunts - ever! Vid #5 - If you have the patience to sit through it, drifting through the streets of San Francisco Ken Block flies his Ford Focus through the air sideways through a curve, lands it and continues on like he never left the ground. Never seen that before! Sorry for the small spoiler, but along with the rest of his stunts it's a "gotta see moment". 10. My favorite band back in the day. Godspeed Ray.
  11. Gorgeous build. Any linky? What's up with the 2.5KV big bottle transmitting triode? Is it being used as a rectifier? Looks to be a SE output tube. Found this:
