I play the Head Case drinking game. Every time a newbie doesn't read or ignores the welcome PM, reanimates a dead thread or otherwise posts something insipid, I have to take a drink. My friends wonder why I'm drunk so often.
My food was OK. The problem was with the beer at this "microbrewery". It was just plain bad. It suffered even more in comparison to the FFF beer we'd drunk the day before.
I thought you were a Unitarian.
I'm sure that Monster is trying to protect our youth's hearing by emphasizing bass and rolling off the dangerous high energy highs.
I tasted the Bismark. It might have started life as an IPA but it was now, as someone succinctly described it, "beer cognac". I'm glad I got to taste it, but I wouldn't pay $2 for it much less what it really costs. I imagine that the TNP is similar. Of course, YMMV.
This problem was solved centuries ago. Just get yourself a fancy pair of pince-nez.
Definitely. I gave up contacts when I found myself wearing reading glasses all day long in order to read my computer screen. Maybe the latest "bifocal" contacts really work? Of course, lasik might be a really good solution too.
Who is "they"? It's not us, we always look at you funny.
@aura - good luck!
@grawk - Glad that work is OK after all. I suggest that you update your resume now anyway. It's always easier to do when there is no pressure to get it done quickly.
@reks - I slept 10 hours last night. I think that I might be caught up. I wanted breakfast at 6, but was nice enough not to call you until 8:45.
Darn, my money was on Ray being the "other person". Wrong again.
Congrats Fitz. You did seem much looser at CJ than at DanJam. I'm glad everything is becoming clearer for you. I can't wait to see you at the next fun get together.
