  1. I have never really had issues with Amarra function outside of iTunes work arounds when they had to catch up with new iTunes developments. I typically use Max to convert all my HDTracks music for use in iTunes.
  2. Having not turned on my system in months, I downloaded the latest Amarra this weekend and have found it to be pretty finicky. I guess in reading the web that a lot of people are having this problem with random noises before each song starts. Just a real short part of the next track, then silence then the track starts. Has anyone here determined a fix for this? I am actually using the crazy Fidelio/Twilight software now which is somehow more reliable than Amarra in this particular update.
  3. I tried Watchuseek but spend more time on Watchnet.com. I am planning some big purchases in the near future so I have been hanging out shopping all weekend.
  4. I am just watching for Mike's sell off as I need to restock the watch cases.
  5. Happy Birthday
  6. Opened up a box in the guest bedroom in my cleaning effort and found the 20+ MFSL records I bought at CanJam Chicago and never bothered opening. Now listening to some music.
  7. Happy Birthday Colin.
  8. Happy Birthday
  9. Managed to get out a bit with the cameras the last couple of days. They finally took the wrappers off the Ghostbusters Library. Met a nice man that told me the world would end soon. The lady in the Gold shoes said he is nuts and just ignored his speech. Then I saw some crazy stuff so now I think he may be right.
  10. I have had no problem buying non-Mac hard drives and just formatting them. If there is some fancy software used to monitor the hard drive or something there might be reason to buy the Mac version but for normal HDs I cannot see any reason.
  11. That looks like a great show.
  12. Happy Birthday.
  13. I choose the Red Oxx team for the fight. The hardware differences alone puts the Red Oxx gear in the lead in my book.
  14. Rattlesnake and Rabbit sausage in LA with David (909) and Mrs. 909. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Crappy Sazerac at The Mixing Room. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Moved from the lovely Fairfax Inn to the JW Marriott LA Live. A bit of a change I would have to say. From a 200 sq ft. room with a bathroom and 27" tube television to a 1100 sq ft room with two bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room, living room two 60" plasmas, butler service and TVs in the bathroom mirrors.
  17. What are you talking about Wayne? I thought that was the whole purpose of the weekend. Thanks everyone for the B-Day wishes.
  18. Some snapshots with the Nex-5 from my walk back to the hotel from dinner.
  19. Lil' Mikey looking stylish, ready for his first day of school. Mike and Gene prepare for their walk to the school bus stop. Colin modeling the Airborne C-Ruck in Black with red badge. Not garish at all Fitz. Gene with his Rockhopper in Safari ready to hit the town. Gene's travel basket in Saffron. Colin ready to hit the Castro with his purse and clutch.
  20. Some Model shots to help the uninitiated to understand the size/colors of the Tom Bihn and Red Oxx bags. Young Model Dinny, former child TV star, is modeling his Tom Bihn ID in Black. Colin modeling Vicki's Tri-star and with the backpack straps. Jim modeling the Airboss in Safari while Al looks on wondering what the Hell we are doing. "Oh Bother" Jim giving us a sultry look while modeling his Gator is Safari. Gene showing us his Skytrain on strap. And as a back pack.
  21. Decided to carry the 35 to work today. St. Patricks Weird naked chick riding the chocolate shark in the snow. Atlas' foot

    Lights Out

Anyone else watching this show? I am mostly enjoying it so far. Dark with enough violence to keep me interested. I am hoping it keeps heading in that direction and does not get soft to attract more viewers.
  24. Bit more snow than I expected when I walked outside today. But a snow blower had made a pass. So I had no problem making it into work. Now I get to hear all the stories from my employees telling me how they just happened to have brought home all kinds of work last night so they can miraculously work from home and be productive.
  25. Nice choice Mike. I really like their watches.
