Yes, it's a PRS SE Custom 24/7-string.
Torqued is when it has a slight helical twist to it; bowed is when it has a slight arc to it. It has a lot to do with the fact that it isn't strung or "set up" (mostly truss rod adjustment, but setup also includes other things, like adjustment of the bridge height and intonation). Strings put an expected tension on the neck which compensates for some amount of bowing and torquing. The problem is without stringing it up, I have no way of knowing if stringing it up will solve the problem, but if I'm not going to keep it, I don't feel like bothering. He has agreed to take it back, so there's that...and he's sending a new one, so IMHO, he's taking care of it.
I't's really hard to tell from the pictures, since the best way to see the problem is to sight along the neck, and the camera refuses to focus on everything at once. It's subtle. It's probably recuperable, but I just don't feel like dealing with it. Dude needs some serious training in "presentation" and PR.
