Tropical Smoothies actually do a couple green ones. I almost tried one the other day.

I've had that problem, and in my case I had a particularly revealing system that adhered too much to the output of my DAC. In my case, the solution was to get a smoother DAC.

Yes, that could easily be the case. Cats -- unlike dogs -- do not like to travel (e.g. in cars) and/or being relocated. When I moved to the new apartment, Bobby (still a catpup) spent the entire night in the litter box, and the senior citizen never fully acclimated. I was told this when I mentioned a "playdate" on Facebook, by one of my cat rescue org friends. Basically, a play date is a bad idea, and moving is fairly traumatic to a cat. So yeah, keep her isolated for at least another week, but even once you let her out, there will be an acclimatization period. Best to keep an especially watchful eye on her for the next couple days (and perhaps spend extra time with her), and in the first week or so when you let her out. Once she considers this her home, all will be well.

I have no idea how to play it, but presume it involves drinking wine. Dew et. Take her to the other vet. The other suggestion is try to get a fecal sample to bring with you to test for parasites. They'll have to send it out for analysis. How about pooping, is she constipated?

We had a whole-house water filter back when I lived with my mom. I changed it every once in a while for her. Two tips -- they installed it at an angle so every time I took it off, we had to have a bucket under it. Don't do that, have them install it straight up and down. You'll still need a bucket, though. The other thing she did was smart -- she installed a transparent one so you could see whether it was time to replace it or not yet. IIRC, it wasn't particularly expensive nor expensive for the initial install, even by a professional.

Matt Elliott, The Broken Man -- wow, this is a long way from his full-on electronica of Third Eye Foundation, or even his first album as Matt Elliott -- acoustic instruments such as Spanish guitar and piano predominate -- I think I might love this album even more than as much as The Mess We Made (they're so different, they're incomparable). And "If Anyone Tells Me 'It's Better to Have Loved and Lost Than to Never Have Loved at All' I Will Stab Them in the Face" may be my favourite track title of all time. EDIT: Just found out it's available on vinyl, will have to get that. This album really benefits from being played loudly -- there's a second layer of music recorded very softly that changes practically every track from what's heard at the topmost level and what's heard when one can hear all the layers. Also, the new AlunaGeorge album (synthpop a la Oh Land, Kylie, etc...perhaps with a bit more indie/alternative slant)
