Okay, this is just retarded. They seem to draw the conclusion that looking at pictures of cute cats leads to improved work performance. My theory is that pictures of cute cats just make for a better reward, and it's the "better reward" that led to improved work performance. I bet if it was cute cats vs. rent money, the people getting rent money would do better.

I was thinking this and thought that maybe some rubber grommets or foam might help the bottoming out part. That said, maybe figure something out that sends him a little electrical shock if he hits it too hard.
