the nex5 with the kit zoom is fairly wide and takes great pictures. and with that budget you can get an adapter and great old rangefinder glass too for when you REALLY want a nice picture.

The imac won't be where they introduce a revolutionary display. It'll either be in the macbook pro or in the cinema display. The imac is a consumer device, and as such, will be targetting 1080p resolutions, and whatever video standard is introduced later. As it is, most people wouldn't make use of the resolution already available on the 27" imac. It's a darn nice display, especially given the pricepoint of the imac. I want a thunderbolt equipped macbook air 11" with a 21" imac at some point, tho...

There's a tan seiko 5 on chronoshark today for $69. If you like smaller watches, this is a great deal on a great watch.

drove an hour before realizing I didn't have what I needed to do my work, so then drove that hour back. Picked up the cable, drove 1.5 hrs south, did 10 minutes of work, then got caught in rush hour traffic, so the return trip took 2.5 hrs. So 6 hrs of driving for 10 minutes of work.
