I think the death of audiophiles is overstated. I think it's just now there are a lot more people listening to music in lots of different ways, but my guess is there are more audiophiles now than there ever have been.

That's what the retina display would be. Doubled resolution in both directions. Higher pixel density with the same resolution would be a smaller tablet, of course. Either way, not happening.
