Depends on the room, the mics, and the band?
My favorite method of recording is a good pair of microphones, in a stereo pair, placed in the best sounding spot in the room. I don't like close micing for recording, because you lose the "live" room...
4gb of memory to replace what apple "repaired" for me by installing 2 512mb dimms
bookarc stand
luckily, the repair was free, so I just paid for the memory.
Took mbp to the apple store for a dead video card. Genius was supposed to charge me for the repair, but found a program to cover it under, so it'll be fixed free.
I don't sync the calendars, I have calendar accounts. You just register the google calendar as an outlook/exchange account, and me as a me.com account. Works no problem. You can also subscribe to calendars.
The calendar and the contacts from an external source would go away completely once you turned off the account, and changes made wouldn't affect that calendar.
I have a me.com and a gmail.com account synced with my ipad and iphone. If I turn off one or the other, the details from that account goes away completely. When you turn them back on, they come back.
I'm officially agnostic about who wins now, I'm ok with any of them. Maybe I'm in the "anyone but chicago" camp now...
I've stopped hating philly fans. They're passionate, but well informed. Much better than a lot of caps fans, and I say that as a caps fan.
