Torpedo

Currently listening to it on showreel

A trio concert by Teddy Wilson for the Norwegian TV in 1973. https://tv.nrk.no/program/FUHA01005473

I'm watching it too, but the noisy loud music and the unnecessarily loud tension creating sound effects annoy me to no end. There should be a law that no music or effects should sound any louder than a shout out dialogue.

I have no idea how the Phonitor sounds and if it's worth the price of admission, but it's one of the coolest with all the pots and the VU meters.

Oh, sorry for missing it, Jose. Happy belated Birthday!!!

Cool. In my teens I had a (pirate) CB radio at home for like three years which allowed me to get in touch with people far away, the farthest was Australia, almost our antipodes, then passed the tests to get a license for a larger station, but never managed to buy and install the gears, so I guess it expired. Now the laws have changed and it seems easier to get a license. Are you planning to set up a serious home station?

Rest in peace, João. Thanks for the beautiful music

Happy Birthday, Mike!!!

Happy Birthday, my friend! Have a great one indeed.

I tried it long ago. A far cry from the F2K in Windows [emoji17]

RIP Mr Iacocca.

Happy Birthday!!!

Yup, a pretty good show

Happy Birthday, Justin!!!

^Fingers crossed

Dear lord what a list. The only tapes I hadn't saved from there are Yoko Ono's, all the others are just worthy in the worst case, the vast majority are a terrible loss. I can't help wondering what would have been of current music if all those hadn't ever existed.

I got a WeTr link from the Autechre site, probably the same one. Thanks for the heads up

Happy (belated) Birthday, Kerry!!! I'm glad it was a nice one

Listening to it on the Showreel. Liking the first tune.

The sad part is that music that most people would like is easily "designed" by AI or even a moronic intelligence.

This, just out of curiosity. They remind me a lot of Dream Theatre, or perhaps Opeth, I don't know, most of these bands sound very much the same to me

Yeasayer - Erotic Reruns Some inoffensive pop to start a sunny Sunday. Someone said it was good.

Sure, though I'd be happier if they didn't spend a silly amount in refurbishing the stadium and part of those 500+M were spent wisely in the rebuilding of the team. Zidane knows his shit but the stupid-know-it-all presi won't let him get what's needed nor free the dough.

Really? OMG. Thanks!

I always get there when it's off air already
