April 17, 201214 yr Not a big fan of the Ebay booze scalpers, even though I did purchase a bottle of Utopias 9 years ago to do the same. Weird, I still have the bottle Hope the beer is good and we still have friends in CA come release time.
April 17, 201214 yr yeah I went a bit crazy at $300+ but this is very special beer and it is a lot of it. More crazy is having Midnight Sun beer that is shipped from Alaska to San Diego shipped from San Diego to me.
April 19, 201214 yr Author Saw some great news on the Eclipse ordering page for everyone who missed out on Rebel, Bernheim, and EW - We've had a chance to go through and clean up all of the orders in the system, and it turns out that there were enough duplicates to allow us to re-release a very limited number of the three varieties that sold out on the first day (Eclipse™ aged in Rebel Yell®, Evan Williams®, and Bernheim Wheat® barrels). To make sure that the process is fair and everyone gets an equal shot at them, those three styles will be available on Monday, April 23 at 8:00am Pacific time. So for those of you who missed the first go around - be sure to set your alarm! Of course, futures for the other three styles (Eclipse aged in Elijah Craig® 12, Rittenhouse® Rye, and Old Fitzgerald® barrels) are still available and you can place an order right now. Don't forget, the bottle limits will still apply to the total combined order for any given individual... meaning if you have already placed an order for 2012 futures, the bottle limits will be applied to your total of both orders. Cheers! Next Monday, 8 a.m. Pacific/10 a.m. Central/11 a.m. Eastern - be ready guys!

April 23, 201214 yr Thanks for the heads up. Jp texted me with about 15 minutes to go as a reminder. Without the text, I would not have remembered. He ended up getting shut out so 3 of the 6 are going to him.
April 23, 201214 yr I am sure I will regret not getting more futures.. will have to rely on getting extras at City Beer in November... Man that is a long time to wait to get a brew....
November 5, 201213 yr Author Reposting here for visibility. I forgot to ask, is anyone going to Fifty Fifty for pick-ups? If not, anyone willing to receive my shipment and send to me in IL? According to our invoices, we have until this Saturday to get in touch with FiftyFifty and confirm shipping/pickup changes. Edited November 5, 201213 yr by Aura
November 5, 201213 yr I am not going up there but I can receive and re-route. It is expensive because you have to pay for two shipments, but I will PM the address.
November 5, 201213 yr I cannot say I will make a trip - but I cannot say a trip may not happen, but already planned and paid for mine to ship. Doing a churn and burn shipping for Raffy.. could do it for a few more if needed like Al... (stupid booze laws)... PM if needed. Cheers, Mikey
November 6, 201213 yr Author Got setup for re-shipping from Al. Thanks Mikey and Greg for the additional offers though. Our Cali friends sure are gracious. This shit is expensive but Fifty Fifty only sends Eclipse variants to one of the best-known stores here in Chicago, and it sells out very quickly. I figure if I can stay under ~$30/bottle, this is probably worth it. Opening an Old Fitzgerald first.
November 6, 201213 yr Does anyone know of reputable reshippers in California. This is a service I could see myself using periodically.
