Well he supposedly went into cardiac arrest between 1:00-1:30pm pst; he was transported to Ronald Regan/UCLA where he was declared dead at 2:26pm by a physician. So technically he could have passed between 1-1:30, kinda creepy.

Yeah, I forget that there probably is a lag between his actual death and when the doctor calls it.

Supposedly the paramedics wanted to declare him dead at the scene but his doctor made them continue resuscitation efforts.

Besides MJ didn't die of a heart attack in the ER... he died from a stroke in the children's ward.
