classic. how is the Opus 21 treating you, btw?

Quite nicely. I'm still in the initial stages of listening, but there are levels of detail there that are not heard in my X-Ray. Similar to how I described your Capitole - everything coming together so that detail isn't a thing unto itself but a part of the complete performance. I still think your Capitole has the edge on the Opus (stock at least) but not a huge edge.

I'm looking forward to those MS2i's at the end of the week. That should be fun in this rig.

if you've got the MFSL of Bob Marley's "Exodus", throw some flats on that MS2i and standard jammin'. These cans were made for reggae. O0:dance:O0

you know I stumbled across a bunch of those from the same series, like the complete works of mozart, schumann, etc. My only concern is that it end up being a bunch of crappy performances, but then again how would I know, it being the first time I'd heard them? :)

Jeff Wayne's Musical Version of The War of the Worlds for $4. ;D

It should be here in few days.

is The War of the Worlds good?

I liked it, when I heard couple pieces off of it a long while back. For $4, I figured it was worth taking a chance on my audio memory. It's hybrid-sacd, too.

Talking Heads - Stop Making Sense

Also reacquired few Massive Attack albums that I've managed to misplace over the years.

Dave Matthews Band - Some Devil

The Moody Blues - Days of Future Passed

Sold my old textbooks.

Bought a VTG.

Did you get W.T.'s?

Haha nah, I wouldn't be able to afford his VTG considering who else I would be bidding against. ;)

So where did you find one? Congrats, btw.

Whyjah. It is however in rather poor condition. I'm hoping Zach and/or Alex can help me get it back up to speed.
