April 4, 201511 yr comment_679840 Orange chicken -- Soy Vay (yes, really look it up -- it started out with two friends, a Jewish boy and a Chinese girl and their mutual love for food) Hoisin Garlic marinade mixed 50/50 with orange juice, marinade for two days (only meant to do one, but got lazy yesterday), added water chestnuts and bamboo shoots (yes, again), and stir fried the lot I have a feeling this would be good over some cabbage and cauliflower "rice" substitute, I have enough left over that I'm going to try that tomorrow. This stuff is superlative. It's not perfect -- the veggies could be a bit more done, it could be a touch spicier, and a bit less rich, but I'm happier with this than most restaurants' orange chicken.
