Grilled pork is my favourite!

After looong time I cooked very delicious thing today: THE ONE POUND BURGER!

 

I made burger myself from entrecote It was 600 grams of meat before cooking, I added just black pepper and salt to the grinded entrecote. Shaped it and let it rest for 1 hour in the fridge.

I used market bread since I don't have any owen.

It does not good look but It was extremely delicious!

Why is it precariously balanced?  Did the waiter actually bring it that way?  I mean, good on him/her, but still...seems like they were deliberately challenging the wait staff...

Shake Shack is better and it isn't close. I wish we had it out here.

I don't know, the Shake Shack at Union Station here in WDC is meh.

I didn't really appreciate shake shack until I had the shack stack.  That mushroom changes everything!  Still better than in-n-out by a mile.
