I had a gyro platter with greek fries (oregano and garlic, I think) that was tasty as.  Not some hole in the wall place, this was a fancy shmancy place.  The couple next to me were having lobster and crab, I think.  They were making NSFW noises.

Red one - Meatza (pep/sausage/candied bacon)

White one - White sauce with chicken sausage

 

This morning

Banana crepes with maple bourbon syrup with candied walnuts, and, well, you know

Sous Vide Black Angus Tenderloin finished on cast iron and mushrooms and onions. I know the cast iron was not nearly hot enough. Bad timing on my part.

Local Wisconsin blue cheese

Mixed salad with Brussels sprouts and a bunch of other good stuff

Seared sea scallops with house made Kimchee and some sort of great sauce

Roasted duck breast with buttermilk biscuit, local country ham, etc etc

Deep fried oyster mushroom, sprouts, sauce ...

Poached pear, almond semi-freddo, chocolate cookie, chocolate truffle ... funny how I remember the dessert ...
