Salmon tikka masala with black rice.  Used the stove top directions for the rice, came out a little ahead of schedule.  Removed from stovetop, covered.  Now, everything is ready and salmon came out perfect.  Again.

We got there just before closing to avoid any crowds. We could have called in the order from home, but waited until we were within 5 minutes. Went in, paid for order, waited outside. (Packed) Order bought to the table were we were waiting. Picked it up and proceeded to the car in the parking lot where we enjoyed it, piping hot. I had an iced Usual waiting, and Joanne's "Tea" in her Contigo seemed to have a frothy head and an ABV. Allegedly.
