Shelly, making sauce will be the next step. I make my own bbq sauces so why not some pizza sauce. Maybe it's time to make some cheese as well.

Finding raw cow milk for mozzarella is very difficult in Florida. I read of a shadowy group around Tampa once that met a truck at an undisclosed location once a month for a few gallons of untreated raw milk.
