March 14Mar 14 I have a vague memory of Dr. Smith being in a goofy kids series with Robby the Robot but I don't remember Peepo. I remember the girl was in a creepy Star Trek episode
March 30Mar 30 Peaky Blinders (Netflix) - I know I am so late (like, ten years late!) to this party, but here we are finally. Binged thru the first two seasons, & started series #3. Not perfect, but lots of "fun" (usually in a dark-ish way). Dang, life was harsh not so long ago.

June 1Jun 1 Finished Suddenly Amish last week... which lead to the reverse, a Breaking Amish marathon this weekend. And I assume Return to Amish is next. It being modern America, Jeremiah Raber, of the latter two shows, now has an album out. He may be King of the Resentful Adopted Into the Amish Bro Country singers.
June 2Jun 2 So...almost famous Amish? That sounded more alliterative in my head. Me: still working my way through UFO on Tubi
June 7Jun 7 Bœuf Talk (sorry vegans): Fore Part Deux: Hind UK Edit: oops, not a TV show, don't feel like moving it. 😎 Edited June 7Jun 7 by mikeymad
June 7Jun 7 Jordan Jensen’s 2025 Netflix comedy special Take Me With You. Probably the best set I’ve seen in a while. [NSFW]
June 9Jun 9 Legends (2026) - 1990's British customs agents enlisted for Thatcher's war on drugs. Quite good & engaging. Edited June 9Jun 9 by jpelg
June 9Jun 9 Also enjoyed Legends 👍🏻 I haven't looked to see if it is already in this thread, but we really enjoyed Kleo on Netflix. Funny and engaging and a fascinating place and time in Berlin before and after the Wall

Thursday at 01:37 PM5 days Don’t let the title get in the way. At least halfway through its limited run (all watched yesterday) DTF St. Louis (HBO Max) is really rewarding.EDIT: Quality continues through all seven episodes. Kind of wonderful. Edited Saturday at 03:25 AM3 days by blessingx
Yesterday at 02:59 AM1 day We really enjoyed the first three seasons. We gave up on the fourth season. Hopefully, the final season was better? If so, I may suffer through the 4th to watch the 5th.

That’s a good thing as I said five is easily the worst season. I was halfway through. Now that I’ve seen the second half, the doors open episodes and wrap up to the whole show, it may be my favorite season. Man, it was a really beautiful show.
1 hour ago1 hr Yes, at least on Hulu/Disney+, though a little warning on the first few slower episodes as they prep for opening. Then the doors open. This season takes place over a single shift. Also keep in mind there is the stand alone flashback Gary episode released before the season. I've yet to see. More than any other show I judge The Bear on its successes, rather than its failures. I really can't think of a show like it. It's like Breaking Bad in reverse.
