Behold! Freddy!

He is a Bichion-spaniel mutt we adopted when he was about 1 year old. As far as I can tell Im not allergic to him.

Great thread. Dogs are simply the best. These are pictures of my Newfoundland and my Pekingese, both rescued from a local shelter.

thank goodness there's some sane (read: not cat) people around here...

miss having a family dog. can't have a dog now due to lots of travel and apartment life... later...

This is my buddy Fred...

fred1077x808.jpg

Fred is 1/2 Shih Tzu, 1/2 Lhasa Apso, so naturally I refer to him as a Lhasa ShihT. :)

He is very intelligent, and a really great companion.

You keep him well groomed. My neighbors for whom I worked and who treated me like part of their family had a Shih Tzu, great dog. Cute underbite on yours.

(We had one person who would always do the silent stutter thing on the name of the breed: Shit....tsu.)

  • 3 weeks later...

Hey, I have a dog, too!

This is Aji. She's a four-year old Yorkshire Terrier named after the Korean word for "puppy". Like everyone's tied, she's tied for the most wonderful creature in existence.

Quest on point - two seasons ago

Odd - I really don't have pics of my dogs, past or current. Have very few of my family. Virtually none of myself. Worse, don't feel compelled to take more either. :o

Few more shots that my brother just sent me. Leia.

Sherwood, that is one cute dog.

Dang straight. Her favorite thing is to drink cereal milk out of the bowl. She gets so excited.

Meet Mickey.

She is several thoroughbreds in one package.

She's cute. And she knows it.

Neko up at the cabin last weekend...

Nice looking Greyhound, but I expected a Red Fox.
