Actually that picture seems to show a sandwich made up of turkey, bacon and guacamole not a turkeybacon sandwich  if that is what you thought it was.

I work with a woman who is a Pescetarian (sp?  Someone vegetarian plus eats fish).  her coolness factor increased multi-fold when she said, "...except for bacon....I have that several times a month...."

Have any of you whiskey aficionados ever marinated bacon in whiskey before cooking?

I've had whiskey that was infused with bacon, but have never cooked with it.  Sounds intriguing and potentially combustible.

I've had bacon marinated in Grand Marnier, and that was pretty good. Just seemed whiskey marinated bacon would appeal to some here.

Lots more pics, and instructions in the link. Might have to try this at some point. The sweet version of bacon onion rings I guess.
