The existentialists call this "terrible freedom." #firstworldproblems I (and I believe others here) have been very happy with my Weber Genesis gas grill. But yeah, I'd love a Traeger. Or Green Egg. HC World problems.

August 8, 201411 yr I've got beer cheddar bread in the oven as my first real attempt at any baking. Then bacon-wrapped sausages chilling at 140F waiting for the grill in a bit. I shall take pictures if I remember to do so before consuming everything.

August 9, 201411 yr Potatoes in butter and olive oil with fresh rosemary. They will be joined by a couple of boneless pork chops seasoned with Butt Rub. Which butt rub?
August 9, 201411 yr How did you cook the Brussels sprouts? Roasted them in the oven. Tossed with oil, salt, and pepper, 30 min at 400F, turned them over halfway through.
