I'm currently grillless. It's a problem. Must needs fix! But now what: Traeger, BGE/ceramic whateverthefuck, basic Weber, huge gas monstrosity? The existentialists call this "terrible freedom." #firstworldproblems

I (and I believe others here) have been very happy with my Weber Genesis gas grill. But yeah, I'd love a Traeger. Or Green Egg. HC World problems.

I'll split a Traeger with you big bro so long as I get dibs on first helpings of all animals that are prepared in it. :)

Ribs slow cooked for a mere 3 hours.  Now the BBQ is to be mopped on andanother hour to finish.  Most importantly is the wine to be consumed, refer to the what are you drinking thread for the answer.

I've got beer cheddar bread in the oven as my first real attempt at any baking. Then bacon-wrapped sausages chilling at 140F waiting for the grill in a bit. I shall take pictures if I remember to do so before consuming everything.

Not so happy with the results, had some issues with flare-up that I should have anticipated.

Still tasty though

How did you cook the Brussels sprouts?

Potatoes in butter and olive oil with fresh rosemary. They will be joined by a couple of boneless pork chops seasoned with Butt Rub.

Which butt rub?

How did you cook the Brussels sprouts?

Roasted them in the oven. Tossed with oil, salt, and pepper, 30 min at 400F, turned them over halfway through.

Our Non-Award Winning Chili, in preparation for chili and cornbread waffles tonight.
