April 18, 20179 yr Yum! Looks perfect! What recipe do you use? I'm still trying to get the balance of the liquids and the sugar right. (Also, I cheat and use chili oil...haven't found a favourite yet, I have like half a dozen different bottles.)
April 18, 20179 yr recipe? It was chicken, thai basil, 4 thai chilis, an onion, garlic, some sriracha, fish sauce, about a tablespoon of sugar and a couple pinches of salt, plus enough water to look right.
