Been making Manhattans with bourbon to both conserve the Sazerac 18 and use up the Dolin while it's still plenty good. I've still got a few more to go before I get into any "fitzentypen" tonight. Should've gone to the store today and picked up some decent beer, since I won't be able to do so tomorrow (yay georgia law).

Bought a bottle of this yesterday at Square One, distilled on the premises.

Much higher in botanicals than, say, Bluecoat. Had G&T last night, wasn't thrilled. But a dirty martini now with Dolin Blanc is smooth and tasty.
