.75 oz Meyer Lemon juice

Egg white

Shake and garnish with a lemon twist

Took my queue from a creepy robot and made a Metropolitan

2 oz Maison Surrenne Cognac

1 oz Carpano Antica

1/2 tsp Simple Syrup

2 dashes Bittercube Bolivar Bitters

Stir with ice and stir 31.4159 times. Strain into cocktail glass and enjoy.

Very nice Mikey, Marc, and Jim! Just got home. This I will follow Mikey's lead with some Macallan 12yr - time to kill that bottle (don't have a pipe though ).

The tobacco that I have right now is Ludwig's (San Anselmo) #611 blend. Which I believe is 100% burley. Really like their #511 blend, but they have not had it the last 3 times I was there. A bag lasts me about a year though, don't smoke much (keep it in an air tight vacuum container)

2007 La Jota Merlot. Goes exceptionally well with BBQed ribeye, potato skins from an Irish bar and oxygen.
