2 1/2 oz Pisco

1 oz Lime Juice

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

1/2 Egg White

1 dash Orange Flower Water

Shake vigorously and fine strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with 3 drops Amargo Chuncho bitters.
