Wild and Crazy Go Nuts!

  1. I posted this thread over at head-fi, and not one other person has posted their bike. http://www6.head-fi.org/forums/showthread.php?t=177139. WTF are you telling me that Head-Fiers truly are a bunch of geeks that have no interest in riding motorcycles and going fast? Look at the last photo. Can anyone else show proof that they have gone faster on two wheels or even four wheels? FYI speedometers are wildly inaccurate; usually they are 15% to 30% optimistic at high speeds. I?ve owned motorcycles that I rode and the speedometers indicated that I was going 140 mph. When in reality the bikes top speed under perfect conditions was around 120 mph (118 according to te…

According to Todd and Skylab and others, this douchey kid, who is also a member here, has scammed several people. He also went by the name Nick20. The details are here but he has Todd's TTVJ/Millett portable and other amps and never sent product on several sales. I guess the other option is that he is dead or in the hospital according to something Miguel Arroyo said, but it seems more likely he is just a prick.

Have a good one Julian. Are you still thinking about making it up north for the August 8 meet? If so, I'll buy you a beer. Cheers!

Saw this on Time's website and figured it'd be fun to start a thread to collect great April Fools pranks. http://time.com/44174/best-april-fools-pranks-ever/?hpt=hp_t3 All of these are golden. I remember when that Taco Bell Liberty Bell one went down. Loved this one on Demarcus Cousins of the Sacramento Kings as well: http://nba.si.com/2014/03/31/demarcus-cousins-album/

So. 5am. And the people in the flat next door are playing music loud enough for me to host a disco of my own. I live a street of old houses, by my guess the wall is 1ft thick at the thin section, 2ft over the rest. Sandstone most likely. Anyway. 5am is beyond reasonable acceptable party noise hours. Whats the best way to kill these fuckers and get away with it? I've got sleep to be getting so I can be well rested for a day of procrastination tomo.

Back when I was collecting soundtracks I had quite a few of his discs. It is with sorrow that we report the passing of Erich Kunzel at the age seventy-four. He was the celebrated conductor of the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra for well over thirty years, but on September 1, 2009 he was struck down by

This one will go down in the record books definitely. It is most certainly the most intense tropical cyclone in terms of wind speed EVER recorded due to its estimated 200 MPH SUSTAINED winds. It made landfall in the central portion of the Philippines as it was intensifying to this horrific intensity. That makes this a shoe in for the most intense landfalling tropical cyclone in recorded history. The storm surge because of this and due to topography will be unreal. There have been a few cyclones in the Pacific resembling Haiyan before, but I do no think anything has made landfall ever like this. The news will be horrific, unfortunately. 25. This year marks a return to form (hopefully) and therefore I'm prepping to ride the full century in support of the Kelly Brush Foundation. The effects of the tick bite appear to have waned since around Christmas so I've been training hard, mixing in quite a bit of mountain bike riding as well as other non-bike-related exercise and actually doing a little weight training. It appears to be paying off. For those that don't know, the Kelly Brush Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting individuals with spinal cord injuries in finding ways to get out and enjoy an active lifestyle. For me, this is a cause close to my heart. I love the outdoors a…
