Gee 30 years of screwing people over and being an Asshat. Sit down and take a break, you must be tired! That is if Al didn't run you over in the parking lot like I asked him to, and your legs still work. It's also good to know that my transaction with you some time back was a good one. From your perspective I'm sure it was!

Really sad news today. http://www.whereseric.com/eric-clapton-news/303-jj-cale-dead-heart-attack I've always been a huge fan, and I can't exactly explain why. I have all of his albums and have seen him several times live. He was everything he was and nothing more. He didn't have to play the usual games of the music industry because he was never in any rush to get anywhere. He was an authentic musician. No pretense whatsoever. Didn't seem to have anything to prove. First time I saw him was in a small venue at an old theatre in Kansas CIty in the winter of '96 when I lived in town. Couldn't believe it. Just opened the paper one day, and said, "Shit! I c…

  12. I know I've started two threads in the digital section. Both of them weren't advertising, I was asking for help with two particular DACs. I'm trying to find one I created in February 2007 and it's not in my history of created threads (though two very old ones are) nor is it coming up on search. Is this normal?

I don't know if any of you know of Tuli or the Fugs, but I knew and loved the man, and what's strange is that I'd been thinking about him a lot the last month for no reason that I could figure. I found out today that he passed. RIP Tuli. Fugs Co-Founder Kupferberg Passes - by Marc Tracy > Tablet Magazine - A New Read on Jewish Life

Well, actually runs again. Karen is running the Chicago Marathon for St. Judes on October 11, 2015. I actually made a mistake in the year count so this is the eighth straight year she will run it. The total that has been raised over the last seven years has been close to $10,000. As usual, I am a little late in posting this year but if you can donate, that would be great, but well wishes are also very welcome. 18. This thread is for the purposes of asking and answering questions about T-Shirts that you have either been unable to find anywhere else in this forum or asking a question that somehow seems inappropriate to ask in other threads. As long as the question has something to do with T-Shirts, anything goes (within respectable reason, of course). Your questions and their answers may be about anything that has to do with any type of T-Shirt.

Figured I might as well post this over here too... We are very pleased to bring you the highest possible quality T-shirt ever offered to our community. The front and back artwork designed by Edwood is nothing short of spectacular! The short sleeve t-shirts are made by American Apparel offered in sizes Small to 3X-Large, which are considered in the industry to be the softest, smoothest and possibly best-looking T-shirts available. They are 100% Fine Jersey cotton construction with a durable rib neckband and run pretty true to size, if just a tad more fitted. The short sleeve 4X-Large and long sleeve T-shirts are made by Hanes, which are made out of 100% ring spun…

Hey everyone, Earl just told me about this new forum this morning and I've spent the last little while reading through the Ruh roh thread, all 22 pages. It's funny, before I was talking to Earl this morning I was thinking about my latest run-in with the mod squad on Head-Fi and thinking someone really needs to start another forum where the good folks can hang out. Boy was I suprised and glad to see someone has done just that and it looks to already be getting a decent amount of traffic from some of the HF regulars. Well done!
