This weekend I attempted to ride the Triple Bypass and got owned. Amazing views were had though!

Earlier I had barbecued oysters (chorizo, Kilpatrick bacon and Rockefeller) and some of a tri-tip sandwich at the Marshal Store. Yum

Cleaned my grill. Which considering it has been in that exact position uncovered for two Michigan winters, I think it turned out okay. The top rack must be some really crappy stainless steel material or is just unrecoverable. The main grilling surface came out nearly as-new.

Convert the DSD files to PCM / FLAC / ALAC (lossless container of your choice with tagging support) and preserve the "dramatically better" mastering in a more convenient format? Or is that heresy? Well, I love oysters and the raw and Rockies I had were super tasty! Pretty decent Minion sauce for half shells. What I really dig is the setting. Sitting by the side of a windy road with the bay on the other side and the gulls yakking above. What an awesome spot to spend time with 10 or 20 of your favorite friends!

Because the best way to determine someone's liking of a piece of literature is to judge their liking of the portrayal of one of the characters by an actor vs another. Makes perfect sense.

I'm pretty positive Crappy's either here as a performance art piece, some kind of bizarre elaborate troll, or because he needs an outlet where he can reveal his true self without the people he interacts with in real life knowing his tendencies. I'm taking Tuesday off work to attend my first performance driving class up at Sonoma Raceway. I'm excited... and nervous. I've never driven on the track before, so this is going to be a totally new experience.

Beef Tongue, beef head, and pork

My review is different from the other people in attendance. They loved and raved about the swineapples. I thought it was only OK but it could be better with a better tasting sauce. I needed much bigger pineapples and better sauce on the pork would make a difference. Better shape management such as string or something. Plus, I've been spoiled recently with a couple of the best bbq performances evar.

there is no hum whatsoever in either of mine, but I'm using power supplies that are probably 15 years old. most of it I would expect is radiation from the transformer. so with a really good torroid, you should be able to make it absolutely quiet.
