  4. dreamwhisper: are you a AT fanboy? Really, the ATH-A900ti sounded okay, but nothing all that special I thought.

  7. dropped the orthos in the mail yesterday before the mail went out, sent them priority. Do you ever get the sinking feeling that you did a really rushed job at packing? I shoved everything in a box more or less and went to ship them and noticed that something was bulging out the bottom and the box wouldn't sit flat on the table... probably a cup or something
  8. Mk1 + Mk2 = Mk3. That's what I have then
  9. Navarra is a cool piece, but you might be 10 years late for that one I haven't ever seen nor heard the Bartok duos, though. What about this piece More impressions once I get out of this work crunch...
  10. Cool, that's what I figured. How many cards have you put through the base line tests? I'm looking for a new card to use to perform tests and for A/D conversion: http://www.head-case.org/forums/home-source-components/7148-computer-audio-recommendations.html

  18. nice, that's exactly what I did I have noticed two problems. First, quality control isn't all that great on the Stax plugs, from what I can tell. So, just because it fits your SR-007 "perfectly", doesn't mean it will fit everyone's within 0.001". I checked around 10 or so plugs and found a good amount of variance, in fact I was rather surprised. The other problem (which really isn't a problem) are the people using the WPI socket. It's around 5-6% smaller, and over time bends the plug connectors so that they don't fit all that well in a properly sized connector.
  19. that is crazy man
