So yesterday I took off from work to work on my taxes...and avoided doing them all day. On the bright side, I have a couple pounds of corned beef brisket cooked that I won't have to throw out... Today I will do my taxes...or at least, file for an extension...

Slow Cooker Corn Beef Brisket

They are earspeakers, too. But the K1000 are the epitome of earspeakers, at least in terms of form and function. They're even intended to be run from a speaker amp, not a headphone amp. Plus they have that flip out way that they do, so that the soundwave is coming at your ears as if from speakers. I don't care what any of you all say.

Finally finished Way of Kings-- that was fantastic.

No, no, not silent at all. Lots of heavy breathing. But there are definitely whole set pieces that could well have been set into a silent film. I really need to watch Rififi.

Yes, but there's a lot of action that doesn't require subtitles. It's very visual. Even some of the emotional interactions are visual.
