  1. Bummer, mine is the Micro CAN. Still, if there are even a few things that it does for you they can make all the difference in terms of enjoying the car and making it your own. Makes the $250 pretty easy to justify...
  2. Go to Ross tech, plug in your VIN and it'll tell you what you need. If it happens to be the same as mine, you're welcome to borrow it. Dayom.
  3. I could take or leave the stickers. As someone who had older Audi's that had the original Quattro door stickers I kind of like them, as a rapidly-more-middle-aged-white-dude I now prefer stealth to shoutiness.
  4. Jeff, you could just BT stream to the radio and then all you have to worry about is a charging solution for the phone which is pretty simple to deal with. Otherwise, I agree, bizarre choice to still be outfitting these cars with outdated cables.
  5. ^^ and a hell yes! Please Jeff, drive it gingerly (but not like our favorite ginger) for the next 3 years, got bored and then sell it to me.
  6. Happy Birthday Ben!
  7. Nicely done, Jeff! Can't wait to see some pics.
  8. So let me get this straight, roomie is balking at paying rent as she walks on the deal and has the balls to drink your booze without asking?
  9. I'm sure you can find them (google tells me so) but the issue is going to be how to find one of them and not 100 or 1000 of them. Honestly, your quickest and cheapest solution may just be to buy another pot and save the nutless one for a project when you can have a front panel made with a threaded mount to overcome the missing part. No, I'm not kidding.
  10. Decided that this week needed to start out on the right note. Coconut Chocolate Chip Scones
  11. Yeah, the Omega ones are brutal. Of the straps on that site I think I like the sporty one best. And I think 20mm width appears to be the correct size, but could I get a confirmation from someone?
  12. Any advice on a rubber band for my 2541.80?
  13. Not quite cooking but just made, then devoured some homemade guac. A little too much onion, but still quite good.
  14. Nice, Dan. Gives me an idea of what mine probably weighs.
  15. Good luck, Marc.
  16. I still consider a sub-6 0-60 time pretty fast. Just because lots of cars are doing it now doesn't change that for me.
  17. For MTB's I just use the standard, rubber-band-secured Garmin mount. For the road bike I use a K-edge mount like this - http://www.amazon.com/K-Edge-Handlebar-Computer-Mount-Garmin/dp/B00DR7CDPS.
  18. Wow, preliminary Congrat!
  19. Looking good, Dan. Me - commuted to work yesterday. The morning was perfect, 70, no sun, no wind. The afternoon, not so much. Blazing sun, 10-15mph headwind and 90 degrees. I was spanked by the time I got home.
  20. Just curious - has anyone been brave enough to try the new, V2.0 Khozmo attenuators? I say that PE is now stocking them (in some values) and that more are available direct from Khozmo. At ~$400 for a quad w/ upgraded resistors it would appear to be a pretty good value as long as it's not as fragile as the earlier ones. http://khozmo.com/products_dale_shunt.html
  21. Double this. We are actually hurting for rain at this point in NH, which is crazy considering how much precipitation we got at the end of the winter.
  22. What the others said, Naaman, hunker down when necessary.
  23. Cheers to those who have served and those still serving.
