This kid is a mess, but he has not actually cheated anybody on an actual transaction. As others have said -- and as I have said previously -- he used multiple accounts/user names inappropriately and it should not be surprising that he would do it again. I cannot find the pic I am thinking of, but Ric saw/heard his KGSS and thought is sounded great. It looks like this HeadAmp model but with 4 big caps running left to right along the back portion of the top panel: IS that a BG upgrade? Not sure what he paid for it, but I know he is looking to make money fast to pay credit card bills.

I wonder if anyone will recommend JPS Cables. I am surprised nobody has mentioned them yet. I hear their superconductor 3 balanced interconnects are not the best JPS do [ Aluminata are the best JPS Cables do ], apart from Aluminata I believe JPS superconductor 3's are second to none, JPS are also an American company as well!

It's your decision, but I would usually give a vendor a chance to correct things at his own expense (including all shipping, etc.). I met Kyle at HeadFest and he seemed like a reasonable guy. Doug Jesse, on the other hand, looked and acted like a twitchy like a weasel. With all the shit Kyle has going on, maybe you could cut try cutting him the slack for a second chance and if he screws up again then demand your money back. Good luck however you choose to go.
