I recently discovered the magic that is dill. Been sprinkling some cut up fresh dill on various meats and made some klopsiki w sosie ze świeżych grzybów and mizeria, all delicious. What is this wizardry? Any other dishes with dill you guys recommend?

I hear its good on Salmon. I need to get me some Dill. 

Fresh dill on salmon is delicious.  Also on homemade/DIY pickled salmon, and mates really well with a Provence Rose' or Sauvignon blanc... while listening to your AKG K812s.

Lebni with dill, garlic, and walnuts is a favorite of mine!

Dill, smoked paprika, cumin, cayenne, onions, carrots, and garbanzo beans over rice is excellent. Put some yogurt and mint on it, too.

 

Also, zucchini slices, cream cheese, and dill on pumpernickel is pretty good.

Dill and garlic infused vodka is good.

I'm gonna stick my neck out here, but what the hell (we're not even close to being on topic at the moment):  What's the story behind the whole pretzels vs. churros thing way back when at the other site?  I remember seeing it all over the place, but I never got the story.  Anyone?

 

Oh and I LOVE dill.  Damn near goes with everything.  It and dijon mustard are what make my beef stroganoff recipe.

Fanboy's siding with either of the treats mentioned and debating which is better. I wasn't part of it but did come across it back in 06-07.

I remember having a computer background of an x-ray of pretzels. I'm figuring it had something to do with that. I had forgotten about that.
