Been sprinkling some cut up fresh dill on various meats and made some klopsiki w sosie ze świeżych grzybów and mizeria, all delicious. What is this wizardry? Also on homemade/DIY pickled salmon, and mates really well with a Provence Rose' or Sauvignon blanc... while listening to your AKG K812s. I remember seeing it all over the place, but I never got the story. Anyone? Oh and I LOVE dill. Damn near goes with everything. It and dijon mustard are what make my beef stroganoff recipe.
